Jointly sponsored by us at UX Australia and by design superstar Mags Hanley, each Women in UX meetup focuses on a different topic and mixes workshop-style activity, curated panel interviews, expert speakers and group discussions.

Why Women in UX?

The Women in UX community recognises that women face unique challenges in UX design, some of which are inherent to (but not exclusive to) the technology industry. Through the monthly meetup forum, we aim to elevate and celebrate the voices and work of women, and support the development and advancement of their UX design careers as practitioners and conference speakers.

Since its inception in 2020, the group has grown to over 1,000 professionals.
