Product or UX Research, what comes first?
Ash Ivory is the Head of Product at Askable. Most days you will find Ash asking the hard questions in an easy way, splitting hairs over good user experience (don’t worry, they studied graphic design), dodging gender norms (they’re openly queer), helping their product team to find and solve the right problems (Ash is passionate about building a great product), upskilling the office in brewing coffee (coffee, err, that's all). Oh, and riding their motorcycle (it's basically meditation).
Steph Lamont is a customer experience strategist, specialising in User Research and Experience Design. She is passionate about all things digital and is excited by creating inclusive and immersive experiences for customers. Having worked with some of Australia’s largest brands, including most recently Bupa, she has extensive industry experience in Technology, Aged Care, FMCG, Education and both State and Federal Government. Currently, Steph is leading the Digital Experience Design team at Xero and instructing students through Academy Xi’s UX UI Transform course.
