Nicole Jess
I am a Lead UX Researcher and Strategist who cut her teeth as a clinical nurse specialist in the Healthcare sector both nationally and internationally. Having reached a peak in my professional clinical career, I found a longing to implement change in a manner that wasn't possible from a clinical position, and so I made the leap to UX!
My deep understanding of the healthcare system, combined with my strong research and strategy skills, align perfectly with projects with a health focus. While I now work primarily on Government projects, I have worked across health tech startups and health promotion projects.
I LOVE healthcare as much as I love UX and I LOVE taking others on that journey!
