Manami Ray
I am currently working as Programs Lead at Paddl - an Australian based scale-up tech company specialising in innovation and tech upskilling - where I create, curate and design learning experiences for our new Paddl@Work offering. It is a combination of instructional design, project management and everything else in between. I also regularly facilitate workshops and webinars around design thinking and onboarding to our platform.
I have also completed my Master in Design Strategy & Innovation where I was part of a 9-montth global SUGAR project working with a global pharmaceutical company developing a new service / product.
In my previous life I have completed over 10,000 interviews and just as many presentations in my role as a financial advisor.
My passion is learning and development whether it is challenging myself to always keep learning or sharing my knowledge and experiences with others.
