Jen Harper
Hello! I’m a born and bred Melburnian who found a career in UX by osmosis. I started my career in the building and construction industry as a designer and project manager, but after a couple of years I wasn’t enjoying myself, so I quit and went back to school to learn visual and brand design. Again, after a few years this wasn’t motivating me so I delved into the world of UX, where I was fortunate to begin my new career direction with Symplicit and NAB. I’ve been with NAB for nearly 5 years swapping hats between UX and CX Strategy, leading design teams on Business Lending, Product Simplification and Digital domains. Outside of work you’ll find me running around after my toddler, or sneaking an early morning beach walk and a coffee with my dog.
