Natasha Ballantyne

Natasha is the National Experience Design Director for PwC’s Customer and Experience Consulting. She leads cross-functional teams in customer strategy, service design and user experience. Starting her career as a teacher, and with a degree in graphic design, Natasha’s speciality is in qualitative research. Natasha leads the Inclusive Design working group for PwC. Her passion is exploring how she can better support and co-design with people who have vulnerabilities, disabilities, mental health conditions, homelessness, and/or financial hardship to engage with products and services.
