Karina Smith
Karina loves making stuff—clothes, roast chicken, scones, and lots of cups of tea. She currently lives in Sydney’s Inner West under the watchful eye of Sasha Kilmouseky, her rescue cat.
She started at Meld about seven years ago, and has been active in Meld’s voyage to becoming an Employee Owned Trust, a terrifically exciting and tricky experience.
Karina’s a visualiser - she thinks much better with a pen in hand and loves to make sense of mess and complexity. The psychologist in her will get people talking together (corporate therapy), and have you rolling up your sleeves and learning by doing.
