G'day! I'm a designer, innovation coach, and the founder of Dynamic4 - a social enterprise and certified B Corp I started in 2001. We're focused on design and innovation for happier communities.
I spend my time coaching leaders to solve problems that matter in more empathic and innovative ways to create great outcomes for people and our planet while being financially successful and looking after their wellbeing - to help create the conditions for people and communities to be more empowered and inclusive, and live in more sustainable ways. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching thousands of founders, leaders, designers, and university students.

I'm also the co-founder of the Sydney Design Thinking meetup (8,000+ members) and a founding board member and treasurer of the Social Enterprise Council of NSW & ACT (SECNA) - the member-led peak body representing social enterprise across NSW and the ACT.
