As a designer and strategist with broad experience in both the private and public sectors, I have an overwhelming desire to create amazing experiences. My background in design, agile development, digital transformation, data, research, strategy, business process, and people management combine seamlessly with an ability to communicate naturally and effectively with both stakeholders and collaborators. My true focus is understanding people, data, and the psychology of driving change; A belief that we can enable business and government alike in a successful transition to a contemporary digital context, disseminating the knowledge and bridging the connections to create a momentum of change. I specialise in service design and digital delivery for government, working in the government space for 14 years, I have been through many digital transformations with the technology landscape change and the adoption and increase of the agile approach.
