I knew I loved research when my supervisor told me my methodology chapter was detailed enough, but I still added another couple of thousand words. In past lives I’ve worked in UX design, digital strategy, IT consulting, and project management, but it’s research that keeps me excited to come to work every day. I tend to think in matrices, enjoy a good spreadsheet, and live for those flashes of insight in synthesis that shine a light on human behaviour. As Director of Research at Redbubble, I get to lead a team of some of the smartest people I know, and be challenged and inspired by them every day.
