Jessica Crisp
Jessica Crisp is an Associate Director of Design Research for iX. Prior to joining IBM she has worked across multiple industries ranging from education to entertainment but the one constant has always been a drive to understand users and their often seemingly irrational behaviours.
Jessica spends her time providing clients with the data they need to go after big rocks, the insights to address root causes instead of providing superficial fixes and the confidence to take leaps forward into what used to be the unknown.
