As a consultant of over two decades, I have played across multiple industries and organizations large and small; from Corporate to Government, Start Up to Education. I had the pleasure of creating and delivering Academy Xi's full time User Experience course from fledging to VC support; with my passion upskilling newcomers to our role, and mentoring across the spectrum of HCD. I currently lead the Research and Design consultancy staff across AU and SEA, from Sydney to Singapore to Manila and beyond.
