Steph Lamont
Steph Lamont is a customer experience strategist, specialising in User Research and Experience Design.
She is passionate about all things digital and is excited by creating inclusive and immersive experiences for customers.
Having worked with some of Australia’s largest brands, including most recently Bupa, she has extensive industry experience in Technology, Aged Care, FMCG, Education and both State and Federal Government.
Currently, Steph is leading the Digital Experience Design team at Xero and instructing students through Academy Xi’s UX UI Transform course.
