Lauren Argenta
Lauren is an experienced service and UX designer who is passionate about creating digital products which are both incredibly enjoyable and hyper effective. Over the last 15 years Lauren has worked with a diverse array of leading global brands to create cutting edge products and services. Lauren has a particular depth in designing and conducting research within the product development process to ensure all insight is leveraged and used.
In 2017, Lauren joined Thinkmill to help create and build the design team within the engineering context. Lending from the philosophies and design foundations learned during her undergraduate in product design at the Glasgow School of Art, as well as industry experience to date, Lauren has worked to create a 20 strong design team, working collaboratively in a highly-efficient transdisciplinary environment.
Lauren and Paul Merrell have been at the vanguard of the Meld and Thinkmill collaboration to deliver on the benefits of a true transdisciplinary approach to design and product development.
