Luella Paine
An inquisitive UX researcher, Luella loves learning about people and their stories. Luella has worked in various roles in the digital space for 20-plus years, observing and speaking to thousands of users about their online (and offline) experiences. For the past five years she has worked with the experience research team at U1 where she continually learns that you can teach an old dog (Luella) new tricks. In previous lives, Luella ran her own digital content agency and developed one of the first digital design courses for the Master of Arts in Publishing program at Monash University.
