Louise Long

Louise is Head of Customer Experience at NAB. Louise has deep experience in financial services across sales training, marketing, customer value propositions, brand and strategy. She currently heads up a team that works across channels, products and all business units of the enterprise to engage the business in the benefits of the customer-centred thinking and design.

The team is key in the transformation of NAB becoming a truly customer-centric organisation that does the right thing by its customers and its people, because that’s how it will be a sustainable business. Her desire is to build NAB’s reputation as the bank that understands and manages customer experience design better than anyone else.
