Dawn is a UX leader with over 20 years in the UX field. She currently leads Research Strategy, Operations and Design Systems at ResMed, focused on enabling product teams and leaders to make informed decisions through human-centered insights, behavioral science, and efficient and scalable systems. Dawn co-founded Scientella, a student-led nonprofit organization helping to connect high school girls with STEM opportunities.   Driven by the need to improve our healthcare experiences, Dawn has established and matured UX teams throughout her career for health and wellness companies like ResMed. Her teams have created innovative solutions built on empathy, driving positive impact in the health and well-being of over 150M lives.
