Lydia Christine Penkert
Lydia Penkert is a certified UX researcher with a university background in the field of cognitive psychology, currently pursuing a PhD in social robotics. Lydia is passionate about understanding the behaviour of humans and their interaction with technology. Lydia has have worked in academia and industry, such as in Research Center for user-centered technologies in Austria and in a German e-Commerce Tech company (real.digital), where they build up and scaled the UX Research department. Recently Lydia specialized on Voice Interfaces and User Research with haptic robots and digital avatars at the University of Applied Science Cologne.
