Corrina Mercure
Corrina Mercure is Manager of Customer Experience, Design and Delivery at SA Water. Her role is a job share (which she loves), responsible for ensuring customer’s needs are at the heart of service design and improvement initiatives. With deep expertise in User Experience (UX), Corrina brings more than 20 years’ experience, having worked with many organisations ranging from corporate and not-for-profits to small businesses and local, state and federal government bodies. Corrina has been with SA Water for almost three years, working collaboratively across all areas of the highly diverse organisation to help transition the utility to a customer-led business.
