Michelle Cabanela
Michelle is a designer and strategist with considerable experience in cross-sector co-design and the delivery of large scale programs in the public sector.
Michelle’s background is in human-centred design, service design, product management, agile ways of working, and building and coaching multi-disciplinary teams.
Prior to her current role at ThinkPlace, Michelle worked at Service NSW where she contributed to the strategy, design and delivery of over 30 initiatives including disaster response programs like COVID-19 business grants and economic recovery programs like Dine & Discover NSW and Stay NSW vouchers.
