I like to solve complex problems, connect the dots, and amplify people.
Like many I started off as a strong individual contributor looking for really interesting complex problems to solve, which only gets you so far on your own. So I started to investigate what makes not just a good team, a high performing team. What I found was super interesting, all teams have the same problems. They have people in them. So I pivoted to trying to understand people which naturally lead to all things leading people and leadership. Simple right? This led me to leadership development, and the integration of diversity, equity and inclusion.
While I was going on this journey, I worked in a number of different roles across the digital landscape combining systems, design and product thinking with consulting frameworks to help my clients and their teams realise their dreams.
