Ibrahim Ayub

I’m an impact-driven strategist and human-centered designer launching a fintech for content creators in Europe. I specialize in empathetic user research, integrating data-driven processes with cultural ethnography and systems thinking. I was previously a Manager at PwC, where I advised clients - ranging from global Fortune 500 to NGOs - on creating new human-centered products and services. I’ve also created several social ventures, including a platform to curate racial justice resources, a text service to set daily intention, and a virtual community to connect quarantined Muslims during Ramadan. I’ve spoken at conferences internationally on topics intersecting design and social impact. I completed my MBA from INSEAD, MSE in Systems Engineering, and a BSE in Computer Science from Penn. I’m also a Teaching Fellow for a Social Innovation Design Exec Program and am certified in Cultural Ethnography, habits coaching, and User Experience.
