Tal Bloom

Tal is an Experience Design Manager at The Customer Experience Company. He has been working in digital and experience design and consulting since 2001. He brings to this talk solid experience in using the full set of craft skills – all forms of research, analysis and design – a broad perspective – having an engineering degree, business and project management experience, and creative passion – and some juicy war stories.
