Description

Creating and delivering kick-ass workshops is a core skill for Uxers. While many learn by watching others run workshops, some will find it helpful to receive some concentrated training to boost their skills in a safe and engaging environment where they can hear about concepts and then apply them to a workshop they’d like to create and run for themselves.

What you’ll learn

This half day workshop will help you to:

• Deepen your understanding of what it takes to design and present kick-ass workshops
• See the theory being applied to the workshop you are participating in
• Apply the concepts learned during the day to a workshop you wish to design and present in the future

Workshop structure

This workshop will include a combination of theory, discussion and practice by applying the concepts to a workshop that you will begin to develop during the day. You will be able to work on a workshop you want to design and run; or make up an example if you aren’t currently planning a workshop.

Target audience

This workshop will be great for Uxers who will need to run a workshop for the first time as well as those looking to hone their craft in a safe and supportive environment.

And you can join an online community to be established at the end of the workshop if you want to collaborate beyond the end of the day.
