This workshop is designed to help you to improve how you manage and translate research into evidenced based design by focusing on:
- Passive and Active listening Techniques
- Interview Facilitation
- Tagging Taxonomy and Workflow
- Research Synthesis
This will be a workshop including real-life case studies, recommended tools, and templates for you to use in your own research.

3:45pm - Developing a Tagging Taxonomy Template + Workflow
4:15pm - Synthesising Interviews
5:00pm - Finished for the day
This will be an active learning workshop with activities designed to scaffold and enable you to utilise these techniques in your current workplace, team or research.
