Melissa Voderberg

As an experienced strategist and digital design consultant, Melissa Voderberg has led UX and service design projects for over ten years for some of Australia’s most well-known companies. Passionate about the end-user, Melissa’s contextual research practice has taken her across much of Australia, interviewing in remote locations to capture user needs. Pragmatic, curious, and strategic are words that have been used to describe her process; she takes pride in creating solutions that are measurable, credible, and generate real change for users. She’s an active presenter and mentor of Australia’s UX Community, speaking at Ladies that UX, regularly attending the Global Service Design Jam and a curated writer for UX Collective (over 300K readership). A strong believer in the power of human connection and transformative technology, it's her mission to keep pushing for better-designed products and experiences.
