Jonathan is an expert in online communication and content strategy. Jonathan works extensively across key sectors of government, banking and education on web content projects. He has led major online projects focusing on content planning and strategy, information architecture, web content transformation, usability, user/business needs analysis, interface design, collaborative research and participatory design.
He has worked on major research projects for Deakin University, Digital Transformation Agency, Mental Health Tribunal, business.gov.au, ReachOut, Maroondah City Council, health.vic.gov.au.
