Renee Glass

Renee Glass is a Service Design Lead at nbn. Since completing her PhD in Psychology, Renee has acquired over 10 years’ experience as a design practitioner. She has tackled design at varying levels of abstraction and relishes the opportunity to combine her passion for design thinking, customer experience and organisational psychology to help nbn transform the way it delivers services to its customers and suppliers.
