Glyn Thomas
Over the last 20 years I have worked as a Designer and have lead teams of UX Designers. I am currently CX Manager at nib Health Funds - which in short is my opportunity to test out a hypothesis, rather exciting really!
What drives me is the energy and inspiration that can be found when people from diverse disciplines come together to achieve a common goal. I love seeing the creative energy, the kindness and care they show each other and the remarkable ability to move through conflict and find a way back to a truly human centred solution.
I am forever looking for better ways to do this. Through my own mistakes and the occasional moment of clarity - I am getting there.
