Maria is the Head of Design UI Platform at Atlassian leading 18+ designers and design managers to deliver impact via the Atlassian Design System. She has spent nearly 15 years in the digital and design industry leading teams to deliver mobile and online innovations within financial services and for the last 3 years at Atlassian as part of the Enterprise and Platform Experience teams. As a strategic thinker, she is all about the ‘business of design’ and the deeply meaningful impact that it can have on the lives of our cross-functional team, our Design Org and on our customers.
