Lily Ainsworth is an experienced anthropologist and senior user researcher working at Propel Design. She has worked in numerous multidisciplinary product and strategy teams, bringing a depth of research knowledge and endless curiosity to her work. Lily loves getting into complex problem spaces to unpick what is happening for the user, and folding research findings and insights into the service, policy, and strategy design. With a background in teaching, mentoring, and capability uplift, Lily loves embedding learning into everything she does. As a strong advocate for inclusive and diverse research, she is passionate about giving researchers the tools they need to plan for and conduct sensitive and ethical research with people from all walks of life.
