Claudette is a product manager, lawyer and storyteller. In her current role at Future Friendly, she has led projects focused on climate action, education and financial inclusion. At the intersection of civic tech and policy, her work focuses on how design can influence people’s access, attitude and engagement with important systems and services.  Claudette has diverse experience working across government, startups, and private sectors across Sydney, Washington D.C. and Kuala Lumpur. Equal parts creative and analytical, she prioritises collaboration, user-research and a bias to action to champion improved access to legal and government services.
