I have spent my career understanding why people do what they do so I can help clients create better products and services to meet people's needs. I am especially skilled at translating research - joining the dots in the evidence to give viable, feasible and desirable solutions. I'm particularly interested in social impact (addressing SDG goals) and disaster preparedness and response.
