My pitch to you: you don't have to be older and experienced to be wise. I've researched what wisdom in leadership consists of and broken it down into tangible elements that can be adopted and embodied, so that we as designers and design leaders can enact wisdom for better outcomes in our work.

I want to support design leaders in understanding how they as individuals can approach problems and situations in a balanced way, that is inclusive and, well, wise!
This workshop will work on self-awareness, personal development and leadership in a group coaching set up.  We will identify the design tools we need to use for the challenges we face. You will walk away with some actions and inspirations!.

This is an in-person, half-day workshop that will be running 9:00 am - 12:30 pm Tuesday, August 22.
