As an experienced designer, Sarah will guide you through the exact methods, techniques and tips to advance your research process. This is a hands-on experience - you'll have the opportunity to apply what you learn and discuss it with other designers, and you’ll leave the workshop with a whole lot of practical ways to up your design game and influence your stakeholders.
