We'll be covering how we approach research with our clients, specifically looking into the two core facets of research listed below as well as giving the audience an opportunity to ask the panel anything during the Q&A session.

How many times have you heard the words, “Research, but why? I know my product and audience.”? We'll explore the process of educating clients on the value of research. This will include some of the best ways to involve people in your research journey, how to break bad news uncovered from research, and how to leverage research insights to negotiate with stakeholders.
Ethics in Research
What are ethics in research? We will cover why ethics in research are important, and how to ensure ethical decision making in research. We'll also branch into trauma-informed research - what it is and how do you identify it and respond to it. Leading into a discussion around avoiding data bias, and conducting inclusive research.
Networking is a powerful tool especially in the design community, this session will give you an opportunity to create the foundation of your professional network.
