Winitha Bonney OAM
Winitha Bonney is the leading expert in helping corporates all around the world build inclusive cultures. She is also Australia's first and foremost thought leader in leadership for Women and People of Colour. In 2021 she was awarded an Order of Australia Medal for her extensive work in diversity and inclusion. Winitha has over 22 years of experience as a CEO and senior executive and has founded several successful businesses. She has worked with Boards responsible for +$90b, coached large corporate organisations to test and validate projects using a six-figure budget instead of an eight-figure budget and directly supported Commissioners, CEO's, Senior Executives and Pro Vice-Chancellors to successfully roll out complex organisational wide transformation projects.
She holds a Masters of Arts, Masters of Marketing, Bachelor of Business (Distinction), and an Advanced Diploma in International Trade. As a lifelong learner, she also holds over two pages of professional/business accreditations and certifications.
