Elizabeth Pek
Elizabeth is Head of User Experience at NBN Co where she leads a talented team of interaction designers, visual designers, content specialists and web analysts. NBN Co is the organisation tasked by the government to build and implement Australia’s super fast broadband infrastructure.
As an accomplished manager and practitioner, Elizabeth has extensive experience building UX practices and teams at well known organisations including Fairfax Media, Optus and Bupa Australia. At NBN Co, she is fortunate to be building a fully integrated multi-disciplinary Agile UX team.
Elizabeth has also spent the last twelve years practising user-centred design techniques on a range of major projects; from complex eCommerce and business applications to large news sites such as the Sydney Morning Herald. She is passionate about designing compelling user experiences that have a positive impact on key business metrics.
