Vivienne Dinh
Viv is a senior UX designer whose passion lies in customer research and accessible design, with a focus on creating digital experiences that balance business requirements, technical requirements and customer needs. She has researched and tested both graphical interfaces and voice experiences in several industries, encountering a diverse range of participants along the way. In particular, her work with blind and low vision users has widened her lens and inspired her to encourage other designers to adapt a more inclusive approach to their work everyday.
