Lucy is the Design Lead at Sydney based startup, Dovetail. Dovetail is a qualitative data analysis and research repository tool, aimed to help teams understand their customers and make informed decisions. Prior to Dovetail, Lucy worked at Atlassian for over 5 years where she led and worked on strategic projects for the HipChat and Jira teams. Lucy is passionate about scaling research, helping UX professionals get stakeholder buy-in on recommendations based of research, and helping stakeholders understand the value research has in decisions
