Kimberly Nguyen-Don
Kim is a UX designer driven to create seamless digital experiences. Since March, during Melbourne’s lockdown, she has spent over 2,300 minutes speaking to over 50 customers. From young teenagers to non-tech savvy individuals, she has worked closely with a range of participants to help build great products for her clients, and all virtually. This has inspired her to share the challenges and insights learnt in a virtual world with others. She has experience moderating and leading user testing activities with consumers and enterprise customers across a range of industries including telecommunications, printing, and government.
