Jess Nichols
Jess leads User Research at A Cloud Guru, where she helps to teach the world to cloud. She has spent the past decade focusing on discovering actionable insights through qualitative research approaches to ensure experiences continually meet customer needs. Jess is also passionate about leveraging design thinking approaches to ensure a true customer focus in how we learn, create, and build. Throughout her career she has worked globally, including several years based in San Francisco, working for companies such as Twitter, Uber, Deloitte & Dovetail.
