Caylie Panuccio
Caylie Panuccio is a Senior UX Researcher at SEEK, previously at NAB. She also runs the Design Research Melbourne meetup group.
Caylie fell into Design Research quite by accident, and never climbed back out. After completing a Bachelor of Arts in Japanese, Mandarin and Linguistics, she decided interpreting and translation wasn’t her thing, and then completed a Masters in Banking and Finance, securing a place in the NAB Graduate Program.
From there she rotated through the Human-Centred Design team before securing a role as a UX Researcher within the Experience Design team, and she’s been researching and sneakily noting down how people talk ever since.
Caylie is a big believer in increasing accessibility of products and services (and the accessibility of UX itself) through clear language use.
