Belinda is a co-founder and Principal at Tobias. An experienced Researcher and Strategic Designer, Belinda has worked in both London and Sydney for global organisations in healthcare, finance, government, broadcasting, transportation and energy.
Bel, as Lead Strategic Designer, is hands-on and ensures quality design and project outputs across programmes of work. She uses researched principles from behavioural science that are known to impact people’s behaviour and nudge them towards desired outcomes. Her work is at the forefront of organisational change, and Bel strives to map its potential to valuable outcomes that have meaningful impact for customers and businesses.
