Alex Crook
Alex Crook is the Product Design Research Lead at the ABC, she oversees design research activities across ABC’s digital products; iview, ABC News, ABC Kids app, ABC Listen, Triple J plus others. Her key objective is to ensure the human experience is accounted for in the innovation and design process of the ABC’s products, in order to deliver exceptional experiences.
She has over 10 years’ experience running research for design consultancies and clients globally across the consumer, technology, pharma and media innovation space and is a passionate advocate of understanding the needs of people based on ethnographic and behavioural analysis. With a background in Law and an MSc in Applied Social Psychology, she loves to delve deeply into people’s lives and gather rich information about their attitudes, perceptions, behaviours and culture all round the world.
